Nixon Hospital District Indigent Health Care Program (NDIHCP):

The NHD helps low-income Nixon/Leesville residents, who do not qualify for other state or federal health care programs get access to limited health care services.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Must be at or below program Federal Poverty Income Level
• Must reside in Nixon or Leesville
• Must list all members of household
• Must list all resources

Limited Basic Health Care Services
• Physician Services (office visit with NHD Provider only)
• Labs & X-rays
• Hospital Inpatient/Outpatient
