Objective:
The aims and purposed
of the Nixon Hospital District: to establish and maintain a general clinic
for treatment and care of the sick and injured, without respect to race,
creed, color, or national origin, to establish and maintain a Board of
Directors to supervise and direct the operation of the clinic, to establish,
maintain and encourage such other activities as may be deemed essential and
necessary; and through the medium of its Board of Directors to accept and
hold trust, endowments and donations for the furtherance of such purposes.
